Our local pride, eNtopio © Garlic Platikampou, is a certified product of the highest nutritional value. It’s cultivated in the farmlands of Platikampos for centuries and is gradually acknowledged by local and international food and pharmaceutical markets and cuisines around the world!
It has a characteristic, intense scent, spicy flavor and usually consists of 8-10 cloves per bulb. Due to its flavour’s intensity, it is recommended to use only 1/3 of the garlic quantity prescribed in food recipes.

Traditional White Garlic

The most popular garlic variety worldwide, enhanced by Platikampos area unique, microclimate conditions, resulting in thefamous and widely favoured rustic and juicy flavor, combined with excellent conservation properties.
Remarkable scent, lightly spicy flavour, leaving a sweet and pleasant aftertaste and consisting of approx. 10-12 cloves per bulb. Ideal for fish, seafood and vegetable recipes, flavoured butters and meat casseroles.
